Though Trekking to the Suicide Point is a bit of a strenuous activity, it is a wonderful experience too, as the way to the summit is very pleasing and enchanting. The scenic beauty around.

Suicide Point also happens to be the starting point of Paragliding. This is a part of South India's Second highest peak namely the Amruthamedu. There are organized events where both professionals and newcomers can experience the thrill of paragliding. There is a 10 km long ridge with 3,000 feet from top to bottom. The site has steady winds in the South West Direction throughout the season. The paragliding season starts from September and offers great flying conditions until January and again, from March to May.
